Delete inside the app

Open the game and tap [Settings] at the bottom.
Tap [Account] → [Delete account].
Confirm. Your account and the game progress stored on the server are deleted.

Request by email

If you have already deleted the app, or cannot get into it, write to us.

It helps if you include: the subject "Account deletion request", the shelter name you used in the game or the Google account you signed in with, and roughly when you last played.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted	Kept
Account identifier · game progress (bells, gems, cats, case records) · device information	Records of payment and supply of goods for 5 years, and records of consumer complaints or disputes for 3 years — retention required by Korean e-commerce law. These are used only to answer enquiries and to meet that legal duty; they are no longer used in the game.

How long it takes

We delete within 7 business days of receiving the request and reply by email.
